Description
ProVista is a type of St. Augustine sod that’s designed to be low maintenance, weed-resistant, and require less mowing and fertilizer than other varieties:
- Color: ProVista is a dark green color with wide, coarse blades.
- Density: ProVista is a dense grass that provides full coverage with minimal bare patches.
- Maintenance: ProVista grows slower than other varieties and requires less mowing and fertilizer. You should mow your ProVista lawn to a height of 3–4 inches, and never cut more than ⅓ of the grass’ height at one time.
- Sun requirements: ProVista thrives in direct sunlight and requires 4+ hours of full sun.
- Weed resistance: ProVista is naturally weed-resistant and resistant to standard grass-killing chemicals.
- Glyphosate tolerance: ProVista is the first glyphosate-tolerant turf on the market.
- Salt spray resistance: ProVista is resistant to salt spray.
